Learning how to be confident is the single most important skill for anyone. I have developed a well-structured program using the NLP (neurolinguistic programming) as key methodology and the ‘Swish pattern’ technique.

Developing strong time management skills can boost productivity and may have positive impact on the person’s career. In my work I use a powerful combination technique of well-formed goals, timeline method, perceptual shifting and anchoring.

Assertiveness is a very important social skill of being able to communicate directly but respectfully with other people. I use combination of traditional coaching methods, the powerful gestalt coaching tool ‘Shifting Perceptual Position’ and hands on exercises to help my clients further develop their assertiveness, career and support their wellbeing.

Is well known that the Stress has different meaning to different people, but we all agreed the Stress affects our wellbeing. I help my clients to develop stress management skills using elements of traditional solution-focused coaching.

Our wellbeing is determined by social, economic and environmental factors. The health is a key aspect of it. I help my clients to discover the best wellness routine for them and accomplish their unique health goal. My approach is holistic, based on 30 years of experience in biopsychosocial model of care.
